I wanna cut my hair short but....?

I wanna cut my hair short like natalie portman one day. But I'm not sure if I'll look good. I still want look feminem, can I still with that short length? If you don't know who natalie portman is look her up. Well I'm not worried about it being so short its if I'll look okay. The only thing stopping me is my nose :/ I hate my nose its big and has a bump on it. From the side I hate the way it looks but from the front I like my nose but I'm not sure if I do cut my hair short I don't know if my nose will be even more noticable if you can please tell meall the looks someone should have in order to suit short hair. The oy thing I like about my face are my high cheek bones and my lips. I did used to have funky hair cuts like neck short and choppy and mullet looking. Short length doesn't bother me my hair grows fast :)
