Phone # 2 report fake or hate filled yahoo 360 page I have seen the link 4report as abuse 2 complicated 2long?

I would like to have a phone number to talk to a live person to report this to. a friend of mine has had some one create a fake page of her page in either irlend or new zeland and i have found some of her friends have faked her page and I have found a group of friends connected to one of ther friends that has a 360 page that admits to creating fake pages and it is filled with hate and and talks about living off goverment dole This is what i copyed and pasted from one of the 360 blog post dated sept 15 (THESE ARE JUST SOME OF THE FACES THAT WE HAVE AND ARE CURRENTLY USING TO STALK AND HAR PEOPLE, WE WILL ADD MORE AS WE GO ALONG. WE WANT TO BE SURE ALL OUR FRIENDS KNOW WHO WE REALLY ARE AND NOT BE FOOLED BY REAL PEOPLE SUCH AS THE COOL TEDDY BEAR AND ST. PAT'S GIRL , This is what it says for there Interests,Stalking, intimidating, defaming character of others, lying, haring impersonating government officials, slander. Can anyone please help I really want to report all these people
