RE: do another question and tell the truth...?

THe truth is that i have no criminal background record. i have no drug/alcohol, no cps involvement, but i was having a hard time taking care of my 3 kids and i asked my mother for help. she said she would keep the kids for me... then she goes and files for guardianship.. so now i have to prove that they should be back with me be through a court. I cannot go and just get my kids because she has got the courts involved..now, initially our agreement was that she was going to keep the kids for me so that i could work more hours and save money..now she just plain old dosent want to give them back..so she is going to lie and do whatever she can to keep my kids..that to me is a looney tune..because honestly i do not believe that my mother will win...the only thing that pisses me off is since she was the petitioner, the kids have to remain with her until the judges decision, and now she wont let me see them or call them for goodness sakes...to me thats just wrong..! and i think my mom is trying to make up for not raising me correctly but she is going about it all wrong.
