Should I get a motorcycle if my wife said no ?

So heres the story, my wife wanted to have to kids a few years ago, she said it was her life dream to have kids. So I was like ok, I respect her and what she wants outa life and I didnt really mind having kids, . At that time I was 24 and I wanted a motorcycle for the longest time, something like a crb 600rr, or R1.. So I told her, hey, we can have a baby and I get a bike and everyone is happy... So now, 3 years pasted and im pretty much doing all the work, taking care of my child, cleaning cooking and etc..She just comes home and dosent do sh*t and complains all day, on top of that she claims that if I get a bike she is going to divorce me... So now, if she does file for divorce will I still get screwed in terms of lost custody of my kid and support, etc
