Why is there a circle rainbow around the sun, seeing it in Florida?

Looking at the sun, there is a complete circle rainbow with the sun directly in the center...is this the result of a solar flare or CME? Sun feels much hotter than normal and causing my skin to redden. Can anyone tell me if there is currently a solar event?
