Any come-backs to racists who say "poles take our jobs"?

That is racism right? or it's just hurtful? anyway it's my nans who are saying this (prob because they lived in a time when everyone thought that) But i wrack my brains trying to think of something to say that will make them think! i love them to death but things have to change!!!
