Cycle cog question......................…

hi, i recently bought a bike and ive had a few problems, starting with the gears.... anyways, the cog also wobbles when you free wheel, ive heard this is normal but also heard it isn't normal, it doesn't wobble loads it just a little. does anyone know how to fix this? thanks
