Anybody have any idea when the stimulus package will kick in?

The "stimulus" is a smoke screen. BO and his left wing friends are destroying the US economy. The money is going down a hole to his cronies. Pay attention to the legislation they are cramming down our throats now. The cap and trade bill is going to raise the energy cost for all US households, make more jobs go overseas, raise taxes, make businesses move overseas to countries that don't have this asinine legislation, etc. The Feds are also trying to take over the health care system. We are going to be poorer and will rely on the Federal Government for everything.
