Does anyone have a shipping address for www.memorylanedvd.com?

They advertised a boxed set for a TV series that my son ordered, showing the real boxed set, but sent hand-made, pirated, recorded off-the-air materials instead - FRAUD. The credit card company says they can't process a fraud claim unless we return the materials. Memorylanedvd.com cleverly omits any return information from the packing materials so that you can't return things to them, it seems, and they do not respond to customer service requests to return materials either. Unless we find an address for them in China, we can't return the item, and we are out the money - presumably they are well aware of that. Has anyone successfully located a destination to which one could ship something back to them, having had this problem? Thx! OTHERS: Avoid memorylanedvd.com at all costs - it is a fraudulent foreign site and US customers appear to have no protection from them.
