How can I tell her that I love her? How do i know if she feels the same way?

How can I tell her that I love her? How do i know if she feels the same way? she is sooo shy and when she feel like I goging to talk about what inside of me she get red lol and shy but all her actions mean she like me but till this time i didnt tell her i love her ? I wanna tell her everything inside of me i dont know from where to start and how can i tell her what inside of me also when i start talking with her i also get shy but not much help mer plz you r really great in answer thanks alot
