How do I move movies onto my usb drive, without downloading them via vuze or utorrent?

My laptop charger is usted so I cant do it the old way of just downloading and moving onto usb so i can watch fullscreen, is there a way I can get a movie file, maybe from a certain website and move it to my drive? Im on a library computer so downloading vuze is out of the question.
