Trying to find name of a film from 1999 about the last 7 days before the sun explodes and the world ends?

It follows individual people and looks at what they would chose to do knowing that they are going to die. It has a groovy soundrack which i think had some Pavement on it. It was quite deep and"heavy" and may have been an independant film. I saw it at the Screen on the Green in Islingon London
