Looking for a music video?

I saw a music video a while back. It had little beanbag puppets in it. It shows a time when the two were in love and them going on a little ride through a very colorful scene. Then it shows the boy puppet alone, because the girl left him. It's a rather sad love song...does this ring any bells? It's so familiar to me. I almost thought it was the Plain White T's, but I know it's not, but I think it's some band close to that...Could you help me out?
