Could I be food poisoned? What do I do?

I preheated the oven to 375 degrees. When it was ready, I lightly sprayed a tray with spam and then I placed twelve pieces of chicken, thighs and drumsticks, onto a tray and loosely covered it with foil. I baked the chicken for 45 minutes. After that, I took them out to eat. They looked white on one side but the other was golden. It wasn't cold, but it wasn't too hot. I was cautious so I didn't eat a lot, I just took a few bites from like six different pieces. Should I be worried? Could I get Salmonella? What are the signs that I need help? Thanks.
