Is there anywhere to legally fire a rifle outdoors in north Texas?

I guarantee it. Look for a long range, gun range in your area. Most have a place for long-guns and they have minimal fees. I don't recommend shooting on state lands unless you clean up your damn mess. I live in Montana and I shoot, but I reload also so I clean up my shells. I hate going to the shootin to find br everywhere and broken TVs and such. If you do shoot on state lands please use paper targets. There are too many people who don't give a ****, make me proud and be one who does.
