My College Outlook (Currently Sophmore)?

I'm currently a sopre. I spent my freshman year in New Jersey where my weighed GPA was 3.875 and I was Freshman Cl Vice President. I also participated in NSBE (National Society for Black Engineers). This year, I have attended school in Maryland where I have earned and maintain a 4.0 unweighed GPA. I am a Student Government delegate (plan on being president next year), I'm in IT Club and Teen Court (served as juror for legal cases dealing with minors). Also in the summer i plan on attending the Young Scholars Program and The University of Maryland for three weeks. I want to major in Computer Science/Engineering/Programming and I thought about attending College Park. But I live in a low income household where neither of my parents work, therefore I wanted to try and receive as much money in grants/scholarships as possible. I know I am lacking a lot on my resume and I need help with filling in the gaps. i.e. I need to volunteer but I have no idea where I'd like to..Thanks
