My gamecube stopped working. I think I need a new lens. Help?

Every disc I put in it says can't be read. My disc are always kept in emi-mid condition which leads me to believe my lens is broken. I actually haven't played my gamecube in about 3 years, but I'd still like it fixed. Where can I buy a new lens and how to apply it? Or is it another problem?
