Can Someone help me upgrade my deck to a competetive level its just not fast enough and has a few dead draws?

sience ur on heavy budget deck is really good but dont use the cards recklessly and try to know ur cards for example try to hear them when i have my red eyes B. drangon in hand i use monster reincarnation to throw him in the grave two turs later i get monster reborn or call of the haunted and i do my finishing blow try to read the next card practice it and you can be as good as a pro people tell that im like yusei jaden or yugioh moto idk why i just belive in my cards
