Did they take away the 19.99$ for unlimited text i.ms. in tmobile?

Pls helpp im suppose to gt dha lx for xmas. and i want to know if they still have the 19.99 dollars monthly for unlimited texting, I.Ms and etc! pls give me good news and say they havent! thx!
