Had rotator cuff surgery and can't do a stretch HELP!!?

I had a bone spur removed and a small 90% tear repaired on my rotator cuff about 4 weeks ago. I've been going to physical therapy and when I do my stretches it pinches and hurts a lot on the inside (towards the chest) of my shoulder joint though. Is this normal? I still feel sharp pains when I'm stretching in different ways during my exercises. One exercise that really worries me is the hands behind the back exercise. I can't move my hands up my back without my injured shoulder moving up. I keep trying to keep my shoulder down when doing this stretch, but it keeps coming up and I hunch over...it's extremely painful and difficult to do. When I keep my shoulders down and just bring my hand together I can feel the pain and stiffness without even bringing my hands up my back. Is this normal after 4 weeks? Also is there a website that shows where you should be and what stretches should not hurt by certain time frames of physical therapy? I want to know if I'm on track or if there is a problem. I've been really upset about this.

Remove transition strip?

Should I go back and get this parrot when I have the money?

I was at the pet shop the other day and there was this beautiful gray parrot with a red tail (it was a small fluff for a tail though). They had him in smallest cage they had but large enough he could hold onto the bars with his feet. He just looked so cooped up though. Well I saw him and he was squawking at me so I instantly came over. He was adorable. The parrot started showing off. It was really cute. (I think he was showing off anyway). He would spread his wings and look at me (he didn't look menacing when he did it) and he was just showing me his wings sort of. I stuck my finger to the bar and he moved over there and actually licked my finger and rubbed his beak up on the tip of my finger. It was adorable. I asked the people how long they had, had him and they said over a year! He was $600 though. I will be getting a job soon and my mom is putting my in online schooling so I will be able to do my school work as I please and will only be working for so many hours a day once I get a job (which I will) because it will be a part time job. I will have plenty of time on my hands and I really just need an affectionate animal that will adore me like I adore it. When I get the money should I go back and buy the parrot or is it useless because the parrot won't remember me? It just seemed like I bonded with the animal.

Do you think the fact that I am getting PUPPS in this pregnancy too will make my Dr do the c-section earlier?

I had PUPPS (a crazy rash that you get usually in the last trimester cause your allergic to being prego) really bad with my daughter 2 years ago. It's very uncommon to get in later pregnancies but somehow not only did I manage to be one in the 10000 or whatever who get it the first time; I am not in the even more miniscule amount who get it also in later pregnancies; Yay me! Anyway she was too large for my body too get out and so although I have signed VBAC concent forms and would like to attempt it; I basically am a really small framed person (5' and 100lbs with very narrow hips) who has babies that although are deff average are too big for me (daughter was 8lbs 21"). So my Dr really doesn't like to do c-sections before 39 weeks, which is when I have one scheduled for (basically I figure if I go into labor by then great; if not I'm ok with that too). However since I noticed today that I am starting to get PUPPS again; do you think my Dr. will do it even earlier? I want to make sure my baby is healthy and ready to be born, however I can't take care of a 2.5 YO and live with PUPPS again. If you've never gone through it you can't understand; but if you have/known someone who has I know you understand why I say it. I literally used to lay in room temp oatmeal bath water for 30 mins at a time like every 2 hours. I went through like 50 tubes of cortizone cream and uncountable bottles of lotion. Thankfully it was summer and I was home alone so I got away with walking around in a maternity bikini. But now it's cold so that won't fly. I am freaking out like I was suffering from a good bit of depression and anxiety ect last time due to the dicomfort. Why is my right ear full of pressure?It's losing blood too!?

How I get a roommate out who is not on the lease?

I rent a 2 bedroom apartment that I share with a roommate who is not on the lease. I have been living here for 1 year and 1 month and am on a lease I recently re-signed for 2 years. My roommate moved in August 1st of this year. I paid the full security deposit and paid her share of utilities for the first month. After being here a month, she tried to negotiate the price by saying because she doesn't use the phone and cable, she shouldn't have to pay for those services. I reminded her she agreed to the price and knew what was included in the rent prior to moving in as the utilties and their cost were listed in the ad she responded to. Today she informed me someone is coming to look at the apartment as she will be out of the country for 2 months (leaving this Wednesday) and she wants to sublet her room. She said because she won't be here, she feels she should not have to pay rent for those 2 months. She posted an ad on Craigslist a week ago without telling me or discussing the situation with me and gave me a 1 hour notice prior to someone looking at the apartment. I told her I was not comfortable with a stranger moving in for 2 months on such short notice and that just because she would not be here, it does not release her from the responsibility of having to pay while her stuff is still here. We never signed an agreement prior to her moving in and she's not on the lease I have with the landlord. I want to serve her with a notice to vacate and find a new roommate who will be responsible and pay the rent each month. Is there any other special steps I need to take to get her out of here? BTW, I live in New York City and she has only been living here for barely 2 months.

It is highly unpratical to add RAM to a card. It would take a lot of work, and a lot of knowhow, and even then it might not fit back in your cpu. I would suggest getting a New card. nVidia is the one to have rightnow, and they have cards that go up to 120hz and can play anything in directX in active 3d. (That's 3d without crossing your eyez, or having the red/blue colors). ATI is the second one out there. They make good cards, but they are loosing a lot of business to nVidia. Best bet though would be to go with a card with 512mbs of RAM.

I have two cats, a girl who we got around March and a boy we got in May- er (the girl) is 5 and Peanut (the boy) is 6. Just recently I threw out the disposable litter boxes and replaced them so they are immaculate. After cleaning, I moved one box a few feet away to a better location. I put both cats in there (one at a time) to show them and make sure they knew it was still their trusty litterbox, just in a new locale. This morning there was poop on the carpet (closer to the litterbox that moved) and last week there was one nugget of poop right outside the litterbox (the one that did not move). Also this morning, there was a vomit, too and I dont know which cat it was from. I have heard he might be pooping on the floor because the litterbox moved, but I cant really move it back. How can I get a McDonald's shut down and/or one of its cooks fired?

On Friday, I went to a McDonald's on route 1 in Greenwich, CT. I bought a salad and two snack wraps. Within 3 hours, I had a huge rash under my eye and going down and outside of my cheek. I still have that rash; it is red and swollen. (Only the eye part went away). I have obviously had to endure this the whole weekend and now it is still ugly and causing people to treat me differently at work, which is affecting the quantity and quality of my work product. I am obviously quite distressed. I'd call the manager but I figure that would just get nowhere, plus it would only give them a heads up to defend themselves if AND WHEN I take this to the board of health. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Any other ideas, for making that McDonald's learn not to poison people in the future? I really don't care if that rathole gets shut down .. as a matter of fact, that is probaby what should happen. Tomorrow I have a hearing between my ex girlfriend of 4 years regarding a PFA. I asked her to move out of my house because she is 16 years my elder and I want to have a family and children. She saw me at the mall with a woman and the next day the sheriff's office showed up with a PFA that I grabbed her and would not let her leave her work. I'm currently with a new girlfriend and want nothing to do with the old one. I live in Wisconsin, I have been off work for almost 2 months. My employer excepted my request for family medical leave. My Doctor has released me back to work but with light duty for 2 more months. My employer has refused my release to work saying there is no light duty for me. Can an employer do this? My injury was not work related so I cannot collect workman's comp. Can i collect unemployment now that they refused me to go back to work?

I Have Some Red Places on My Skin, and I Don't Know If They're Bites...?

I have some red places on my legs, and 1 place on my stomach. I don't think they're bedbug bites because I've checked my bed and didn't see any. I also don't think they're chiggers because I've had a chigger before and the bite didn't look anything like what I have now. Both my sister and I have them, but mine are worse it seems. My parents don't have them. It can't be anything we've ate because my family and I eat the same thing. The places only itch on my right leg. They look worse on my left leg, especially behind my knee. It kind of looks like blood blisters in some places. Behind my knee, it looks like a dark red bruise. I've rubbed Cortizone cream on them, and they haven't gone away. What are they?

I'm currently a sopre. I spent my freshman year in New Jersey where my weighed GPA was 3.875 and I was Freshman Cl Vice President. I also participated in NSBE (National Society for Black Engineers). With one or two notable exceptions, why do US war movies portray the US military in a glowing halo of innocence, and whitewash their many atrocities? Or credit them with heroic actions that other nations actually carried out (such as obtaining a decoding machine from a sinking U boat, as in U571)? I experinced hot sweats, wieght lost and a white tongue.I have taken 24 HIV test many of which were well ped the 3 month and 6 month windows. My tongue still has the white coating thus tests has continued. Okay, so if you bought 2 packs of slices of rice cheese, and since it said non-dairy you stupidly and ignorantly umed it was vegan, and you ate a slice while reading the ingredients and it said it had casein in it... would you eat the rest of the rice cheese and then never buy it again, or would you throw it out? (This obviously happened to me and I'm a strict vegan because of animal rights so if you were in my position, what would you do?)

I was sitting in the courtyard of my apartment with my dog when an electrician working on the property walked by. My dog ran up to him, not barking or aggressive at all, and the man swung his clipboard at my dog twice. I got upset and yelled at him telling him he was a cruel piece of %#@!. I walked around the complex with my dog and he was standing there on his phone when i was walking back to my apartment. He came towards me and said keep you and your dog away from me. I started yelling at him again, which i'll admit was wrong, and then went to my apartment. About a week later i was woken up at 6 in the morning by police officers knocking at my door and arrested on a warrant. I was charged with terroristic threatening and harment with physical contact then sat in a holding cell for 16 hours before i was released on a promise to appear. I went to court 2 days later and was told that the actual court date is in 3 weeks. Now I'm 2.5 weeks away from the court date and i'm wondering what i should do. As far as i know there were no witnesses to the incident except for whoever he was on the phone with when i was screaming. I never threatened harm to him in anyway. I was just yelling about how mad i was that he came onto my property and instigated this whole incident. The courtyard was huge and he could of simply walked around my dog and i instead of right next to us in order to avoid the whole incident. As well as the fact that he shouldn't of approached me on my walk back to my apartment. My concern is that he claimed i spit on him in the charges which is a lie. I'm worried, since i can't afford an attorney that i may lose the case regardless of my innocence. What should i do? Is there any chance he won't show up even though he has been subpoenaed? In a case like this, do i have any chance by representing myself? Thank you for any advice.

Can you honestly say you could give up your little rabbit just because he spays? It just seems so mean. I can understand how annoying it is for you but this is not his fault and he cannot help it at all. Maybe you could sort out a payment plan with the vet or borrow the money to have it done? If you really cannot wait until January then it is not that far away but will you be able to get all four neutered or spayed? If you take him to an animal shelter and nobody adopts him he will be put down and breeders do not buy animals. They just breed them to make money.

I getting a kitten sometime in the next two weeks from a friend of mine whos cat had kittens. The kitten that i am getting is the runt of the litter, and the mother feeds her but does not lean her.. Could any one tell me why? Also she has a lump on her that the "for now " owner is washing and she said it was going down and getting better, but when my little Gracie walks,(yes i named her already) she hobbles because it bothers her. She scoots kinda, and lifts her back legs up . Is there something terribly wrong? The "for now" owner said that her mom had that too, and it got better. But i am very worried.. Why are the animal rights people not complaining about the killing of the rats that eat and ruin the rice crop?

There are people that grow a rice crop in India, and the rats that live and eat off the bamboo plants will multiply to overwhelming numbers and attack the rice in the fields. When we here in the USA take action to kill and eliminate pests and pestilence often are stopped by our own government from the groups that consider vermin to be sacred over mankind. They are so influencial that they have arrested our countries growth and progression that contribute to our weak economy.
